My labels print a couple of millimetres off

1. Download the calibration sheet from the Printing panel and print it on plain paper.
2. Measure the 50 mm ruler with a real ruler. If it is not 50 mm, your print dialog is scaling the page — set it to "Actual size" / 100% (not "Fit to page") and print again.
3. If the ruler measures right but the crosses miss the label corners, measure the miss in millimetres and type it into the X / Y shift boxes. The whole page moves with it.

A scanner will not read my barcode

• Check the module width shown in the measure strip. Under 0.25 mm is risky on a laser printer; under 0.19 mm will usually fail. Use a wider label, a shorter code, or Code 128 instead of Code 39 (Code 39 needs roughly twice the width).
• Print black on white, do not scale the PDF, and leave the quiet zone alone.
• Test one label before running a hundred.

Which barcode type should I use?

• Code 128 — internal SKUs, anything with letters. Densest, and the default.
• EAN-13 / EAN-8 / UPC-A — retail products with an official GTIN. Enter the number without the check digit and we calculate it.
• Code 39 — only if an older scanner requires it.
• ITF-14 — outer cartons.

My label sheet is not in the list

Open Custom grid and enter the measurements: label width and height, top and left margin, and the pitch. Pitch is measured corner to corner (left edge of one label to left edge of the next), not the gap between labels. If the grid cannot fit the paper we say so instead of printing a bad sheet.

I lost my licence code

Contact us with your Stripe receipt and we will look it up. The code is the only identifier — there are no accounts to reset.

How do I cancel?

From the Stripe customer portal, linked in the site footer once you have a subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal and Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.

Is my product list uploaded anywhere?

No. Barcode encoding, layout and PDF generation happen in your browser. Our server only ever answers "is this licence active".
